Great co-workers honestly doing their best to run a successful company.

Cons

Unbelievably inappropriate comments from leadership and HR regarding women in the workplace and minorities. It's shocking to think back to what was said. If you are looking for a psychologically safe workplace, this isn't it.

They use to offer so many good things, lunch, salon, gym and more.

Cons

There are so many cons to this company. That pretend they are transparent and they are full of lies. They try to woo you with a gym and lunch and all these tiny little things. When I’m reality they treat you as easily disposable and hide every possible secret they can while saying they are not. Please do not fall for their antics. Be very careful in applying for this company. The management system fires on random and if you are not a family friend you are bound to get used and abused. BEWARE!

Pros

Touted as a family atmosphere. Free gym, gourmet lunches, on-site barber, fully covered healthcare. Fun parties throughout the year. I was treated well during my employment, was given autonomy, and had some amazing opportunities.

Cons

Unclear advancement opportunities. Strategy lacking. Inflexible remote work policy. Resources spread too thin. Average pay or below industry standard. After 2 rounds of layoffs reportedly more than a third of the corporate office is no longer there. Perks have been rolled back. Claims have been made that employees with several years of tenure were informed of their termination via email and given less than 24 hours to clear out. Inconsistent with family values.
