-Free lunch -Fun activities -Free Gym

Cons

-Pay is far from competitive. I almost doubled my pay by switching to the same role at another company. -Woman are not represented in leadership. Frequent shows of sexism and every female employee I ever talked to recognized it. It’s a great place to work as a man but women don’t have that same treatment. -Culture just isn’t what it used to be. In my 2 years here I saw morale go from sky high to as low at it can get. They continue to take away benefits and not increase pay. I never got a raise in my 2 years working here.

Don't drink the Kool Aid everyone serves up here. Seriously. If the main selling point of working for a company is the amenities and a nice CEO, you probably aren't digging in deep enough. Don't believe me? Just read all the positive reviews on here. Its all fluff about perks that don't actually address the state of the business. Bottom line is roles are filled with inexperienced college grads acting as managers. Pay is abysmal even for Logan. Up at the top you have complete nepotism with a pair of family members making key decisions and everyone walking on eggshells to please them. Get out of that little pretentious bubble you are in because you have an unnecessary basketball gym and solar panels. You can't trust the reviews on here. Someone seriously wrote: "It's easy to overwork because the job is so fulfilling and there is always more work to be done." PASS THE KOOL AID

- Little to no career growth and financial increase. Malouf will usually hire outside candidates instead of working with the people they have (even if they are well qualified.) - If your manager is a bully, there is nothing you can do about it. HR will say that you can come to them, however, I documented and recorded proof of this on my manager and I received a write/up for insubordination. After speaking with HR, they said verbatim "I'm sorry, but we have to side with our management teams and support them." I literally feel like I was bullied out of Malouf by my management team and I couldn’t do anything about it. - Training programs are almost nonexistent. If you do not understand your job or train yourself, management will fire, demote or write you up (but not give you the proper tools to learn what they expect.) - There is a lot of favoritism, especially with the sales team. The CEO even dubbed who he thinks "the hottest guy" was at one of our company meetings. - Pay is all over the place and very unfair (not competitive at all.) Malouf is hiring outside new-hires with no experience at a higher pay level than current employees that have been with Malouf for years. When asked about this the HR and management said, "sorry, it is just how the job market works." They also get very upset when you talk to coworkers about wages. - Management has been known to ask for text message and conversations on personal phones for what is being said in the department.
