Do Not Believe Everything You Read

Pros

It is a stepping stone type of company. Employees past through while in route to a greater destination. They provide a paycheck on the journey.

Cons

The management is terrible. It is a very toxic work environment. they make promises of change, but year after year it all stays the same or gets worse. They staff changes constantly but the management does not and the environment does not. They are so bad, they have selected employees and asked them to write good reviews for this site, and they proof read it before its done. Does this sound like a good company to work for

As a long term employee, you should know that as your CEO, my door is open to all employees – day or night - however I can't address your fears or concerns if they are not brought to my attention. Pros

I really like working here. I think that this will now reach the 20 word minimum length in order to let me register.

Cons

How can I say anything negative since this is such a small firm that everyone would know who I am and I only want to register here to check out other firms?

Disorganization in management, have to wear many hats.

Our cultural is steeped in teamwork, customer service, and accountability. Our client’s needs are our first priority and that may not be convenient to an employees personal priorities at any given time. In other words only those value teamwork, extreme customer service, and personal responsibility can work here. We are continuously improving with ongoing Management training and other internal initiatives. We are working on improving the balance, but that will come in time.
