      Pros

      Gives supervision to ABA Therapists seeking supervision Upward mobility for ABA Therapists & BCBAs Good salary/benefits

      Cons

      Children do have some behavioral challenges but also gives the staff opportunities to learn had to work with these behaviors

      Pros

      they pay well, but they have to since there is such a high turnover rate.

      Cons

      There are so many. Management will lie to and gaslight you. If you are not part of the elite cliques, you will not receive your hours of supervision. Staff was always getting hurt since they were crammed with children in small spaces. Therapists (about 20-25 at any given time) are crammed into a 2-bedroom apartment, and management took over 1 of the bedrooms.

      Dedicated but dated

      Pros

      Very client centered, well-staffed, mature and ethical staff, all employees had prep time. This was a very collaborative environment. This is an excellent company to learn how to be a behavior analyst!

      Cons

      The model is dated with set 8:30-4:30 in-person model for BAs and direct care staff. The company is expanding its client base and should do this more gradually as 3 teens joined the center around the same time and a more gradual rolling out of this would have been beneficial.
