Pros

Nice view from the fourth floor. This place has a downtown location that is close to highway exits. That is about all.

Cons

Unfortunately, it is where inflated ego and huge expenses go unchecked. Masters of overblown wins and fake news. Totally lacking integrity. Talents wasted. Employees not learning, treated like they are all expandable, fearing the next wave of cuts while enduring constant bullying. Highly negative work environment.

Pros

For those who have been with the company for years, you're likely to see people living Elmer Winter's (founder) vision - one that truly respected people and the role of work in their lives.

Cons

Executive management is a colossal joke. Where in the world can you fail year after year in meeting your numbers and still become CEO?? You can with ManpowerGroup. This company under it's current leadership does NOT value people. They've successfully created a culture of deceit and deception - not to mention the disgusting need to reduce people at the holidays. If you worship the almighty dollar, this is the company for you. If you desire the need to feel respected, valued and engaged, run don't walk toward another company.

Pros

-Most colleagues are fantastic, good people. -Diversity is valued and encouraged--and it's not just words, but truly seen in action. -There are a lot more remote work opportunities than most places (depending upon the department). -Quite a bit of autonomy as a whole (though some managers can be an exception, of course).

Cons

-Senior leadership has transitioned to focus solely upon profit and not upon people. -Company culture has diminished to where it's actually unpleasant to work here. -There is ZERO company loyalty to employees. -So much time is wasted rolling out ineffective strategies and projects developed at the leadership level that never have a chance for success in the field due to leadership's disconnect with what is really happening in the field. -Layoffs and staff cuts have become a norm; anyone with seniority gets cut due to the need to reduce salary spend. -The company used to care about putting people to work because they cared about people--now it's just a numbers game to try to beat the competition. -The company doesn't follow the same expert advice it gives to clients and the public, to the point it's actually comical. -Lower pay than the competition, despite claiming to be on par with market pay. -Promises aren't honored; if you're told you're working towards an advancement, they will inevitably come up with an excuse to make it so that the advancement NEVER happens. It seems to be a game of having you relentlessly chase a carrot you'll never get.
