Everyone was nice and supportive, and it is very rewarding to work here with these residents!

Pros

The residents are great. Majority of co worker are wonderful. Great for someone who want to learn about IDD/ residential world.

Cons

Management is horrible. Upper Management lives in a dream world. Benefits are soooo expensive. There are a lot of favorite employees. Lots of lies and false told. You will see lots of things that don't follow the normal residential guidelines. Lack of medical staff. Be prepared to be just treated like a number. You are disposable. Pay is low for everything you have to do, and put up with.
