      My team is amazing and the community I work in is beautiful. I love all the people I have met and have recommended this as a place to work to many others.

      Cons

      Take better care of employees by paying them more, retain your employees better with promotions and pay raises and accolades, don't switch to pods.

      Pros

      The opportunity to grow personally, and professionally. Our commitment to improvement, and innovation. The security this the company provides for its employees, i.e. if you perform well they invest in you.

      Cons

      I think we need to do more to ensure that the culture we reflect externally, is truly what people experience. We can also have more accountability at the executive level, to ensure they are making decisions based on the data and facts, relating to feedback from employees or residents. For example, do our residents and employees want centralization (PODs)? Or is it just a good business plan to save money? What is the long-term cost, if we end up with unhappy residents who move out or if we end up with high employee turnover?

      Pros

      I value the family-oriented culture. I love the community service we get to do and overall comradery. The training we get is very good and love the in-person class the most.

      Cons

      compensation needs to be better and more competitive, better housing discounts.
