      Pros

      I value the growth mindset. Mark-Taylor truly invests in their employee's success. I have met so many great individuals within the last 4-5years that have taught me so much, believed in me and provided me with so many amazing opportunities I did not even know were possible. I will forever be grateful and truly strive to be better than yesterday not only in my career but in my personal life as well.

      Cons

      I feel like PTO accrual hours could be better especially for those who have been with MT for 5+years, and also letting more time roll over each year, instead of only rolling over 40hours and you lose remainder if you are unable to use.

      Pros

      I love being able to be open with thoughts and ideas with a collaborative team and organization. I like that the President of the company connects with new hires every Monday. I value the effort people put into their work.

      Cons

      I think there are some benefits that can improve such as time off accrual being raised, I do like that the company pays it out. Or observe more Holidays (Juneteenth) or a few days paid off around Christmas. I think 401k should have no vesting period.
