Great colleagues and pay, but management issues persist

Pros

- 20% Staff Discount - Generally positive experiences with customers - Great team of colleagues - Good monthly pay, even on part-time hours

Cons

- Store-level management teams are very clicky - Micromanaging creates a negative environment, no one feels motivated when they are constantly being critiqued and watched - Very hard to get time off, even with allocated holiday hours. Shift swaps are near impossible at times - For the amount of physically demanding work you do, you get very little thanks in return
