Worst management No work life balance provided Under paying their employees Benefits are below market average Management style is more dictatorship than team building Leadership has no skill set to go through change management when this company needs it the most. Feels like they keep making rash decisions to cover up the previous misses which leads to more issues.

Pros

Good place to work for. Supportive team and plenty of tools to use to grow. Everyone is friendly and the environment is challenging. Good benefits packages, and plenty room for growth- your performance will be a strong indicator for your path of growth.

Cons

Company politics are always prevelant, and feels like a small company even though MB is huge. Work schedules won't be in your favor (of course, if you're a fish, you get fried. If you haven't learned this yet, you're in for a treat). Longer shifts for supervisors, which can be pretty draining.
