Stuck in the old ways

Pros

• Long-standing company with a well-established presence in the industry. • Opportunities for advancement exist if you’re in the right place at the right time.

Cons

• The culture feels stuck in the past, with limited diversity and a “this is how we’ve always done it” mindset. • Leadership often promotes individuals without the necessary experience, leading to confusion and lack of direction. • Strategy lacks transparency and consistency, with mixed messages delivered to both employees and customers. • The company prioritizes productivity above all else, often neglecting safety and quality in the process. • A lack of genuine focus on employee well-being and development.

Pros

It is sort of remote.

Cons

This is old school staffing at its finest. Do NOT come here for HR or TA if you have real corporate experience. If you’re from a store front agency, this is perfect. They literally hire people without experience purposely to train them in their illegal and wreck-less practices. Anyone with real experience quits. Not a place to come for healthy work culture either. They have their ats set up to micromanage, then schedule five meetings a week to ask the same thing, share you screen, turn your camera on, and send a report out that you then copy/paste to the email, attach to the email, and share your screen of the report during meetings. The useless amount of work, constant revolving doors of candidates. Reqs are always open because candidates have unimaginable short tenure once they start. If a candidate worked for a company for one year, it’s considered job instability. How do you recruit honestly for a company that is ran like this? Oh yeah, you travel to multiple warehouse locations for “hiring events” that they end up firing or not hiring every candidate that walks through the door. Oh and the DEI group is a joke. The brown and black community don’t exist. Work life is not existent. Managers make excuses every meeting for not having something together since I started. It’s an inside joke amongst the team because she never is prepared for the task and has a million excuses. Supervisors are team leads actually because they don’t provide real leadership more so micromanaging your reqs and going into your reqs while you’re working just to point out nothing.
