Massachusetts General Hospital reviews

Does not care about the patients nor the staff. Will not compensate you at a rate you deserve unless you're upper management. Does not value people. So many people have been here for years and have grown accustomed to things being as horrible as they are. The environment can be very hostile, don't bother reporting because neither HR or management will do anything about it. They only response you'll get for any complaint is "well it is an honor and a privilege to work for Massachusetts General." It's all about the money they can keep in their pockets and not properly pay their workers.
