Pros

Very open and fun working environment in office. My Co-workers we very willing to teach and mentor me on things i didn't know. They go out of their way to make employees feel a part of the culture and work pretty diligently to ensure culture fit before you're hired.

Cons

They pretend to be very open about managements decisions and where the company is headed with things, but have very little actual follow through. They ran challenges between employees but never actually awarded anything or announced any winners. HR department and leadership needs a very thorough overhaul.

Flexibility, office snacks, good people. 100% paid insurance premiums.

Cons

Constant layoffs make it a high-anxiety place to work. The company puts on a front that things are going well, and then secretly lays off multiple people and restructures the departments often.

Hybrid or remote options, medical coverage.

Cons

Layoffs are almost monthly. Leadership never says anything, people simply disappear. Adapt platform (AQEM) is awful. Awards program? Green T, is a joke. If you have worked at MasterControl for 10 or more years you will be let go.
