Pros

The company culture is absolutely amazing. Everyone is extremely helpful and non-toxic. Treated like a peer from day one of onboarding even as an intern who is still in college. Company puts a ton of effort in when it comes to company wide training. I haven't felt any micro-management on my side. Great work-life balance. The company makes sure to always stay open to feedback at any level.

Cons

As a developer intern, the onboarding process was a bit overwhelming in terms of company trainings that one had to attend. Also, there was a lack of structure initially when it came to introducing the interns to the codebase. It seemed as if every team had their own approach to this.

Pros

Good Benefits, Co-workers are nice.

Cons

No decisions are made without having to go through ton meetings and even then no one has the authority to make any sort of decision. It just goes up the chain to a black hole.
