Great coworkers, pretty stable until drastic measures needed to be taken because of covid.

Cons

Not the best management, poor insight into employee performance that resulted in odd terminations when covid hit.

Company culture is positive and encouraging. There are daily "benefits" like the snack program, parties celebrating something almost every month. Overall a good feeling that senior leadership does care about the employees.
