Pros

You'll learn a lot. Dev managers legitimately care about you and your progress as a developer and a person.

Cons

Program teams and management are fully off in their own world. The lack of focus and direction as a company is startling.. It's like some exec hears a buzzword and that's the new focus for the company.

Management invests in their employees Great compensation Truly fulfilling work Keep a good work/life balance Work from home two days a week Fun social events & parties

Cons

Sometimes policies for the engineering team aren't very straight forward. Not a huge problem though. Overall I have no substantial complains.

Good Benefits, Co-workers are nice.

Cons

No decisions are made without having to go through ton meetings and even then no one has the authority to make any sort of decision. It just goes up the chain to a black hole.
