I really believe the product we produce has a huge positive impact in healthcare.

Cons

Junior leadership team, conflicting priorities, spread too thin, small company mentality we have really outgrown, decrepit technology with tons of poor design, product team is questionable. Lots of these leadership decisions basically result in double the workload for engineering while being rather underpaid. Equity is laughable.

Snack program is great the people are top tier

Cons

Pay isn't great. Everyone gets a 3% raise every year, but anyone not in corporate good luck. My department gives top performers 5 - 6 % raises, which just isn't worth it for all the work everyone does.
