You'll learn a lot. Dev managers legitimately care about you and your progress as a developer and a person.

Cons

Program teams and management are fully off in their own world. The lack of focus and direction as a company is startling.. It's like some exec hears a buzzword and that's the new focus for the company.

Everyone is nice. Good culture. Good learning opportunities.

Cons

Slow career progression. Middle of the road benefits/compensation. A lot of the “magic” is gone when you work remotely.

Cons

Sometimes policies for the engineering team aren't very straight forward. Not a huge problem though. Overall I have no substantial complains.
