Forced to work a lot of OT. Expect to work in extreme heat conditions. Bid on a job 6 months ago and have yet to even be talked to about training. Management has no transparency, most things are done behind closed doors. Paychecks have been wrong for months with the promise of getting fixed on the next paycheck (which means higher tax bracket now). Employee referrals aren't paid out when expected. Changed the bonus to save the company money.

Expensive health insurance and no guarantee as to when top pay in cell can be reached because circumstances out of your control such as manpower shortages can delay your advancement. Not fair at all.
