Pays comfortably and flexible schedules as long as you do everything they want

Management and HR does not take your concerns into consideration. You will be dismissed or management would rather let go entire offices than take accountability.

lack of professional and respectful management, very limited work–life balance due to mandatory overtime, inconsistent compensation and slow promotion cycles, and an entrenched internal culture that limits transparency and operational effectiveness. Many prospective employees advise caution based on these patterns.

very few that can be communicated. do pay car allowance as a tax free benefit

no upward movement without favors, performance is not rewarded on a fair basis, they send bonus to area manager and let them decide how to apply. and absolutely ZERO work life balance, good ole boys
