Was great to have one foreman and one supervisor, then they brought all these new grads with degrees but didn't know crap. Only books smart. It became very hard to work with people cuz I didn't know who my boss was. To many chiefs not enough Indians.

Decent pay, health coverage, bonuses, good fit for some, others fall between the cracks.

Cons

People are Overworked,everything is last minute, very disorganzied work place. Shallow corporate mentality , just another number. I can't say that much more about it because it such a large company. My experience has been mostly negative. I've been told that I would need to relocate or travel to move up, they have provided me with zero training in the year I've been there. The health care is not great. Things seem to be getting better but I don't know it's worth staying where I'm at. No real opportunity, only those with a bachelor's degree or higher are successful in corporate world.
