Local management is awesome "do what it takes to get the job done safely" , great team environment, no micromanaging

Cons

Pay Grades, Job Levels, (1,2 or 3 or even 4??? no documentation on how to achieve next level. Bonus structure is obscure and not transparent

Cons

I enjoy working in oil refineries and chemical plants. My past experiences with matrix have been great.

Good people, nice place to work. Work & life balance is good. Salary is ok.

Cons

Salary is not very good. As a oil company service provider, they have the limitation when oil price goes down they are also in bad condition.
