      Good benefits Interesting space Good partnerships Flexible with WFH

      Cons

      Inexperienced leadership in GTM for Saas products. They focus too heavily on hardware sales. Internal operations are a mess and vendors are not paid on time. Lack of strategy and the guts to see anything through without changing their mind on a weekly basis.

      Similar to other tech companies: fun, fast paced environment. Hired for culture and fit.

      Cons

      Like clockwork, every 2 years, 30% of companies gets laid off. So only come if you get a raise on salary and title, then start looking for a new job after year 1.

      Regime changes this year were not handled with strong leadership. Company transparency seemed to dwindle. Better drink the kool-aid on the 5 company values.

      Thanks for your review. Yes, we do have many GREAT developers and we're looking for even more!! I understand the issue around transparency related to terminations. That being said, we have an obligation to protect the confidentiality of an employee who may have been terminated for cause. I'm sure you'd expect the same level of respect.
