-quick to respond to employee feedback -managers really care about employee wellbeing -Even though each department may have different culture, I feel each it striving to do right by their team members

Cons

-product improvement lags behind care team support improvement for member experience. It feels like the company relies a lot on the Care Team to bridge product gaps all the time, not just care navigation/coordination.

Our mission & product: we are building a product to provide better healthcare to women and families and it actually works (which is rare to say in healthcare) Our team: smart, motivated team that really lives up to its values — everyone is invested in creating a strong business together. Leadership is invested in driving company forward while creating growth opportunities for others

Cons

We’re in the scaling phase with a lot of new folks joining, so definitely have some pain points as we grow and former processes break.
