      Decent pay, but a lot of work

      Pros

      Salary, bonus, nobody was breathing down your neck on a daily basis, fair amount of vacation time each year, no holidays or weekends for the most part

      Cons

      amount of hours, lack of leadership at the senior management level, making money was the most important thought by senior leadership.

      Pros

      This company is pretty easy to get a job with if you are willing to get compensated at about fifty percent less than comparable employers.

      Cons

      Like I said the company will hire people with little experience and even people with DUI convictions, but there is a reason for this trade off.
