      Pros

      Good opportunity for advancement. Great experience running an office, and a business for that matter. Services offered are actually helping people, so it makes the experience pleasurable.

      Cons

      Work longer hours than you are compensated for. Not much upward communication from the front line or entry level employees, so company decision makers are too far away from the customer. Only measure success in short term financial success, rather than building a positive reputation for long term prosperity.

      Nice diverse group of employees , relaxed friendly environment. Lots of bonuses and group goals to promote feelings of team work.

      Cons

      limited upward mobility. friendly relaxed environment can get in the way of professionalism at times. Extremely tedious and redundant work
