Pros
Quick application/interview process but thats about it
Cons
- disorganized to the Nth degree - lies about salary and pay, they'll tell you their highest rate for their clients on interview then give you the lowest rate patients because unfortunately people don't want to do this job for $42/hour (in California nonetheless) - miscommunication across the board between clients, staff and admins - zero care for their clients/employees well-being - i was told i would be able to elect benefits on the first of the month, then was deemed ineligible because i haven't worked 120 hours yet... - tried to make me work for 3 different cases, all varying shifts/hours just to fill gaps (ie one patient 5 hours/week, another one 6 hours on sat/sun, another one 7 hours 3x/week) - had to speak with the family to get full time hours with just one case, not only stripping me of any work/life balance but a risk to the patients themselves
