Pros

- Annual Incentive Trip (Dependent on Annual Budget Goal Achievement) - Rewarding Leadership Team Collaboration at the Branch Level - Salaried Schedule Flexibility to accommodate personal/medical appointments etc. - Adequate PTO/Holidays Off

Cons

- Excessive Workload with poor Work/Life balance - Undesirable/Low Salary compensation for Clinicians in Leadership positions - Clinical Leaders not eligible for Stock - Unsupportive/Micromanaging from Area Leadership Team - Area Leadership team not held accountable to same company standards as branch Leadership team - Unethical Treatment of branch Leadership team members for exercising earned/prior approved PTO, when not convenient at the time of planned PTO

Pros

Loved working with most of our patients!

Cons

Upper management sucked. The company let an employee basically drive the whole office out and had to start fresh. Pretty much everyone in the office had been reported to HR by one person and instead of looking at who was reporting everyone, they fired several and then finally after everyone left, they fired her. The new office that was built back up after everyone (but her) left, ended up having the same issues because of said employee. We were also expected to do on-call and wear many hats despite our lower salary. No WFH options. Benefits were also atrocious, which was disappointing while working in a healthcare setting.

Pros

They hire some really great recruiters. You definitely bond, but it's usually based off the corporate trauma.

Cons

PTO is lacking. There's no sick days, just days off. They also don't give you MLK or Juneteenth off which are both federal holidays. Managers aren't trained properly. Upper management has a do what I say and don't ask questions mentality. If you've worked a corporate job or have any experience, you shouldn't work here cuz it'll be a joke to you. Base pay for recruiters for the first 2 years is max 45k.
