Run the other way and don't look back

Great experience if you're trying to break into recruiting.
Cons
Management treats you like you have nothing else in life but Maxim. They lie to you in the interview and tell you on call is just for "emergencies" but when in reality they expect you to finish whatever work didn't get done in the office at home, so expect to be working until 10pm when you get home. They don't allow their employees to take a full lunch break but you're expected to work 10+ hours days. Management expects you to be a yes man and not give your opinions or collaborations. In the interview they tell you your PTO is yours to use however you want, well that is not the case. They will deny your PTO for no reason. They play favorites but yet always talk about trying to make things "fair". I would stay very far away from this company if you're looking for a place where you want to be heard and respected.
