      Nice coworkers, fast paced, day flys by. Great way to get recruiting and account managing experience.

      Cons

      On-call duties, no work life balance, long hours. Little room for advancement unless you are buddies with upper management.

      Gained recruiting experience in the healthcare field.

      Cons

      Poor pay, long hours, 24/7 on call with no screening process (was taking calls from job seekers at 2am on week nights), company has been involved in several large lawsuits.

      Flexible hours and relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Recruiters are disorganized and waste time by having canidates come in for an interview, only to then tell them they aren't qualified. Why not take a good look at my resume first before you have me waste all my time and money to drive all the way to your office? Also the pay is ridiculously low for nurses. No wonder why they have tons of openings that take forever to fill.
