      Low pay Some clients are very picky and don't give you a chance Biased towards employees with developmental disabilities Basically expected to be "on call" if management calls outside of your shift

      Pros

      Great work environment, compassionate and service driven company. Acknowledges and recognizes their internal and external employees. One of my favorite places to work at. I have great relationships with majority of the office and I enjoy going to work and what I do! I always recommend Maxim as an employer cause even with the flaws the mission alone is inspiration and drive enough to want to go to work.

      Cons

      Some lack of communication within the office makes it more difficult. No real solutions or urgency from the 'solutions' we do have to solve problems sometimes. In my department, we are office managers who do the most and are paid the least in the office.
