      no experienced needed weekly pay

      Cons

      Everything the job is horrendous. You don't just recruit you have to answer incoming calls and basically be a social worker to families that can be out of control. Management will harass and bully people for not fitting into their terrible culture. They will also bully you into hiring incompetent nurses and putting them with patients they are not prepared for. It is constant drama and stress. If you have to work, here use this place as a resume padder to get a nice HR job or healthcare management at a nice respectable facility.

      home health nurse cons i would say would be your own your own with everything Also keep in mind just incase you have an emergency of your own you would have to wait for someone to relieve your shift
