Be prepared to have little work life balance as this job is basically 3 jobs in 1. There's a lot to do everyday and never feels like there's any direction. There is a lot of emotional baggage that gets dumped on you as there's a lot families that you work with in very delicate situations. There's very little training to handle these types of delicate situations. It's sad to see client and providers viewed as a number rather than an actual human being. Maxim mostly cares about spread more than anything. Management plays favorites towards certain providers and internal staff so if you're on their good side then you're good but the moment things get dicey it goes down hill pretty quick. Overall, this job ruined my mental health and I can't disagree more with how things are run not only at an office level but corporate level too. Field support is also very underpaid compared to market value.
