They keep people there no matter how bad they are just so they don’t have to do the work to replace them

Make you do the work of 10 people even when they pretend they aren’t

Very catty , high school behaviors , especially by the older workers
No leadership cares how hard you work or how long you work
A lot of gossip and office drama
The pay is not even worth it at all
A lot of favoritism
Really unhealthy environment
Problem starts with the office administrator and thier managers
Really gross behavior by most of them
A lot of people get away with doing hardly any work, especially if the manager is on your side while others bury themselves with work
They will lie to you that you can make good money if you work hard and move up, but is all a lie
