Cons

Nurses can be very frustrating. They cease communication and don't finish the hiring process. FSA role is mostly being a secretary. You're gaining some HR experience on paper, but that's about it. Haven't learned much to transfer to other positions. Low growth potential in small branches

Pros

You can train forever if you want and get as much experience as you need and you go in when you want leave when you want.

Cons

No one knows whats going on, No one ever returns your phone in any office, they dont come to supervise trainees, very unorganized and pay while training terrible. Hiring process very very long.
