Pressure to only have a caller on hold for 5 minutes while needing to read through multiple documents. While you could put them on hold multiple times, you were expected to check back in with them each time, and doing so often irritated the caller who didn't mind being on hold in the first place.

QA position is very demanding and stressful. The bonuses and incentives made it worth the stress, but everything changed when company was bought out (2021). All bonuses and incentives were taken away, PTO changed, health insurance changed.
