Ever increasing demands on employees. They moved there quotas every time we met them. They are never satisfied, no matter how much you do. Also, when I started with them, they hosted events for the employees. It slowly progressed to the point where practically required employees to participate in potlucks, where the employees brought food at their expense, and then they would photo shot it and pretend they had did something for the employees. The managers would then eat without having provided anything.

The point system for attendance, the usage of your PTO even without your consent, the incompetent supervisors who use racial comments to tell jokes then write you up and say YOU'RE unprofessional, the micromanagement, the EXTREMELY high turnover rate that constantly reminds you that you are nothing more than a warm body in a seat, the 30 minute lunch break that leaves you to inhale your food, the lack of consistency with rules and regulations (why is my official Dr. note not as good as the next person's, the favoritism, the list goes on.
