Pros

Great view of the river.

Cons

The mana9team is not professional. They promote incompetent people who drink duringwork hours, I complained anget within the month my assignment ended. They gossip about co- workers and expect you to do the same if you don't you will become the next target. I reached out to Corp and never got acknowledged. I wouldn't work there again unless there was new management.

Pros

Interacting with clients on a daily basis was always fun and entertaining. Making friends with employees. A paycheck. Great benefits initially.

Cons

The managers, supervisors, and staff with lack of tact, empathy, and education. The only way to move up in this company is to kiss the behinds of those a step above you and become their friends. All of the bottom feeders have to do all of the work while they possess more education and experience, while those at the top continue to throw each other under the bus to get ahead. If you're out of PTO because there is no such thing as vacation time, you might as well die because HR will call you to make you come in on your death bed. Oh, but managers can bring their kids, dogs, and estranged lovers to work for whatever reason. They come in when they want, work from home when they want, and leave when they want. I guess they have unlimited PTO whereas everyone else only receives 1 day per month. And don't let them fool you to come in as a temp employee, you'll almost never go permanent or they'll let a few "friends" become permanent employees. And all "upper" management will tell you is that it's not a big deal if you're permanent or not. Really? Does expensive benefits, 401k, real things that people actually work for ring a bell? Temp employees receive no benefit or holiday pay, their only saving grace is not having to worry about losing PTO like the permanent and stressed out employees. Please, if you are considering working for this company (SC office) run like ..... Do not pass go, do not collect the $150 they try to throw at you for an annual bonus. And don't even try to contact HR or anyone in that department for a confidential complaint, because it goes right back to management. What's confidential? You're better off sending a company wide email.
