Pros
Flexible with changing your hours if needed.
Cons
If you want a workplace with no structure, then this is the place for you. I was a contract employee through a recruiter, and I will never work permanently for this company, or temporary again. I was there a little over a year and I had FIVE different supervisors. I changed desks about SIX times, most people are lucky to even get a cubicle. One day you could have a cubicle, and then the next day you will come in with a new supervisor and your cubicle is gone and you are sitting at a table. The calls are very stressful because we are faced with angry people upset about their health insurance, the state of MAryland, and Obama Care. The only time you are acknowledged is if you do something wrong. There is no communication when policies change and a lot of people are not trained properly. High turn over, there has been a new training class every three weeks. I cant believe I last this long. The only people that get promoted are those that are "cool" with upper management and those that have perfect attendance. Oh, and dont go on Maternity leave and come back. After three months, I had no desk, no computer, no logins, and all of my systems were disabled, and they threw me in new hire training, I sat and literally did nothing all day, while NO ONE assisted me with getting my logins, passwords, etc back up and running. I could go on all day about how terrible this experience was. The only reason I lasted this long is because I have a family to support.
