Young managers take their position to heart and overreact to self inflicted guidelines After 5+ years majority of staff are forced to hop from temp agency to agency and will never be hired directly by the company Metrics and QA is greatly flawed - instead of focusing on providing a quality service or comprehensive answer for someone it is advised to rush the phone call. You must be willing to make your own judgement calls. Any question about procedure or best practice can wield up to4 different answers The manager I worked under was not able to provide much more than general blanket statements and could not could not assist in any form due to lack of knowledge (my training class knew 10x more information than my own "manager")
