Friendly, professional place to work, below average benefits
Pros
Work culture is better than most defense contractors. Very professional. Washington Post ranked them as "one of the best places to work". My immediate team made orientation to the contract a breeze. Lots of previous reviews stated " no room for advancement.' To be frank, that's NOT the responsibility of a company. Be glad you have a job and don't feel entitled.
Cons
Very odd that previous reviews state that health benefits are good or average. I can assume these former employees never experienced a company with good benefits. There is only one plan to choose from and the deductibles are insanely high. This shows the company is not interested in investing in their employees (are you listening Rich?). They only match 25% per year and you are vested only after 4 years. This is not the norm in this industry and is sub par.
