Employees are friendly, many supervisors have potlucks every month, Staff goes all out for decorations on holidays

Cons

HR & Upper Mgmt are not trustworthy, cleaning staff is sub-par, employees don't clean up after themselves, insect problem, people flushing paper towels, people come in sick to avoid absences & get other people sick, AC has mold & breaks down.CRONYISM

Pros

Guaranteed 40 hours, great benefits and compensation, that's about it.

Cons

Stressful work environment. Management and supervisors provide no motivation to employees. Favoritism allows inexperienced and under qualified agents to be hired as supervisors. Needs a better point system as this job will slowly eat away at your motivation and morale. Company does nothing to make employees feel appreciated for their very hard work.

Upper management is a disaster. The org chart changes every month it seems like. Leadership can't make up their minds on the direction of IT.
