      Pros

      Benefits (not including PTO) were somewhat decent.

      Cons

      Low pay, micromanaged, no flexibility I was flat out lied to about growth potentials within the company. There were none in my geographical area. Not that I would want to move up in a company that does not care about their employees

      Pros

      The pay is good and that's about it but this system request 20 words.

      Cons

      The process is convoluted,tedious and explained poorly. The company overall has horrible communication. Most members of upper management don't have a firm grasp on the process and overall the company doesn't have a system in place to listen to employee feedback. There is not a such thing as "corrective action" if you make a mistake you're fired and quite typically lied to as to the reason.

      Pros

      The people you work with are really genuine and helpful. Lots of potlucks through out the year. The job is easy to learn a monkey could do it.

      Cons

      Management sucks. They lack the knowledge or will to keep great employees. There is a high turnover rate because there is no room or chances of advancement. The restrictions are inhumane and every change made is for the worse never for the better.
