Terrible inexperienced supervisors. Place is run like a high school, favoritism, childish games. People who are actually good workers are frowned upon, they would rather have smiling faced yes people who do nothing. Management will retaliate against you if you dare to complain. No work life balance. Mandatory overtime. Expensive benefits. Stupid picnics and food parties which mean nothing when they lie to you. Forced exercises and chants about how great they are, reminded me of a cult.
