Pros

- High pay - Friendly Co-Workers - Menial Job Tasks

Cons

- No benefits only until after 3 years - Erratic hours - Warehouse/labor intensive job There is a very big gap between part time workers and full time workers. The former being treated poorly or not equal to full time. Management is also very lax and lenient, there is little respect to workers here. Do your menial job as you are expected to and have signed away your life to. There is no exception,

Pros

Fortune 14 company. Company stresses work life balance, benefits, timely reviews and feedback to employees. Good 401K and stock purchases plans.

Cons

Worked for 18+ years for company with job duties changing due to business direction. Long hours for exempt and non exempt alike. In the warehouse i worked out of accountability was stressed with supervisors but I did not see where it held the same for all departments. SOPs were not followed and work arounds were done to meet service.
