Great benefits, but there is internal friction at times among employees and management. No communication up to the top of the ladder.

Cons

Not much of a work/life balance. Cutbacks cause employees to work more in an eight hour day and overtime is strongly monitored by management.

McKesson has friendly people, flexible hours, and pay is average. Nothing special but the job pays the bills. Also, they raise a lot of money for causes in the area.

Cons

No direction. McKesson bought national rehab and the company took a huge hit and decline in every category possible. Would not recommend this place if you are looking for a career
