Fortune 10. Massive operations worldwide. Don't like where you are? Plenty of opportunities in other units. Their HealthCare software business unit (MHS: McKesson Health Solutions) has over 5,000 coders and another 4,000 people in sales, product management, marketing, accounting, documentation, training, implementation, support, clinical, analytics, finance, etc. -- and that's a SMALL business unit!

Cons

Huge. HUUUUUGE. Did I mention how big it is? Easy to get lost.
