Pros

This is a very old Seattle based company that has an incredible executive management team that is very people oriented and truly cares about its employees.

Cons

They brought in "big wigs" to the Portland and Hillsboro West side offices who are driving it into the ground. Some bad decisions and poor management are causing them to lose large jobs and great employees.

Pros

Lots of people here are very hard working, creative and intelligent people. Unfortunately, those are usually the ones who get overlooked for advancement. They have a nice gym and decent benefits.

Cons

If you know someone at the top, you'll do fine. Otherwise keep your mouth shut and expect to work long hours for little appreciation and little chance for advancement. You might get ahead if you marry someone at the top. That seems to be the best way, especially for a women to get somewhere. In that case, you really don't need to work hard or be very intelligent. The culture is extremely difficult, especially in upper management. No one wants to listen to a conflicting point of view and you will be disrespected at every turn if you offer a different opinion. Expect to be hushed up or talked over in meetings unless you tow the company line.

Pros

Bright, Talented, Young-ish, Hard working teams. Great benefits. Great place to intern and learn about sales, business and engineering.

Cons

Mid-level management... cannot walk the talk; knows the latest buzz words, focused on being PC and landing the next project versus knowing project risks and being a leader that makes hard decision to report bad news.
