Pros

Excellent employer and a great environment. I have worked at companies that are big, small, start-up and established, public and private. McKinstry is by far the greatest place I've ever worked. As a woman I feel very respected and supported in a very diverse work enviornment. The company puts a lot of energy into hiring top talent and spends a lot of time refining ways in which to keep their top talent engaged.

Cons

Communication could be streamlined a bit better.

Pros

The benefits here are fantastic, the overall vision and ideals are great, and the people are very nice. There is good work-life balance and there is a very holistic, team feel.

Cons

The pay is not great and the company does not yet know what to do with MBAs. Therefore, they are not paid competitively and under-utilized.

Pros

They have free parking in a new parking garage. There is also an innovation center above the garage with office space for rent. Good luck finding parking during their "events".

Cons

No cost of living increase since 2007. This company has gone from a preferred place to work to one of the worst places to work in just the last three years. They don't care about employees.
