Pros

The pay and benefits are good.

Cons

I was sexually harassed when I worked there, HR, and management did not believe me even though there were witnesses. Onboarding was nonexistent. The environment was sad, cliquish, and ultimately a boys club.

Pros

It is a job. Some coworkers are nice.

Cons

Limited connections between the regions and corporate has limited understanding what goes on at the regions. Lower pay compared to rest of industry. Benefits are ok but are a struggle to work with. “People First” is a fake. Be prepared to work more than 50 hours a week; if you’re a female you will more than likely be treated like a secretary; Business before family. Notice that there is a high turnover.

Pros

Flexible work hours between 45-55 hours a week.

Cons

Benefits and compensation are below industry standards. The health options are expensive and many providers wont accept them. They have all the great tag lines and slogans for being a "people first" company, but in the end, they are just a big company and you are a little employee there to make them money.
